Important Exceptions
To ensure the safety and quality of our performance gear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Competition wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Bras (intimate apparel)
- Any items with removed tags or signs of wear
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return address (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are unworn and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is included when possible
- Return authorization number is visible on the package
Step 4: Processing Your Request
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days after approval
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Options
We happily exchange eligible items for:
- Different size in the same style
- Different color in the same style
- Alternative product of equal value
For size exchanges in our MEN, KIDS, or Girls/Boys categories, we’ll include a sizing guide to help you find the perfect fit.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
